does not come with instructions, must download from web site. Instructions on how to assemble are very vague. pictures show what finished product should look like. thankfully I had already assembled one from another manufacturer years before. casters are a joke. unless bolted to floor could be dangerous instructions say optional.

Seller made it easy, communication was great. The lift showed up in a timely manner. I highly recommend the xl lift. Wish it came with instructions but that’s not the sellers fault. It showed up in great condition which I was very happy with. I have 12ft ceilings if anyone is wondering about height.

I got this lift on a Friday afternoon and by Sunday evening I had it working all by myself. It was very easy to assemble existing instructions notwithstanding. Instructions were in vague in places and incorrect in others but it was not hard to figure out. There are not many ways you can put it together and still get it right. I was fortunate in that I had an engine hoist, a couple of floor jacks, so small steel Pzaul books, and a platform table that could be raised and lowered. All of these put together by the assembly go quite well as I didn’t have to lift any large items by myself and was able to use the engine hoist to do the bulk of that.
